- ThunderBird Junk Training data, under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ are folders, one of them has the wanted "training.dat"
- FireFox Bookmarks, Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks / Import and Backup
- Backup, restore will DESTROY your current bookmarks and use the data from the file instead
- Export Bookmarks to Html, restore will add the bookmarks from the file to your current bookmarks

- VoiceAttack, %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VoiceAttack\VoiceAttack.dat
- Windows Voice Training Data, WsrProfile or SpProfileMgr (check for viruses!) are tools from Microsoft to backup/restore this data. Microsoft deleted all possibilities to download these tools from their site. No idea why. It is insane.
