- ThunderBird Junk Training data, under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ are two folders, one of them has the wanted "training.dat"
- FireFox Bookmarks, Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks / Import and Backup
- Backup, restore will DESTROY your current bookmarks and use the data from the file instead
- Export Bookmarks to Html, restore will add the bookmarks from the file to your current bookmarks
