• get the Windows Tools to test the stick from heise.de: H2testw
• test the USB-Stick
• ok? Done.

• Error?
• Format with Windows, normal format, not the quick format
• Test again with H2testw
• ok? Done.

• Still Error? (The following did not work for me, but for someone in the always true internet)

list disk
select disk 99 <- use the correct number
clean
exit
